Eagleson stood by as a lieutenant as officers attempted to engage with Kerry.


Eagleson was in the SWAT command vehicle when the decision was made to have the SWAT team enter the house. He remained in the vehicle as SWAT officers snuck in through the back door and shot and killed Kerry Blake.
