Timothy Huber has been a Rockford police officer since 2018.


Huber and other Rockford Police officers were regularly assigned to conduct 4 a.m raids of the Occupation at City Hall.


Huber and other officers stole chairs, blankets, sleeping bags, hand warmers, books, and other materials from the Occupation.


RPD officers then tore and cut up the memorials in Say Their Name Square.


During the 2021 City Market Protests Season, Huber and other officers came to the Occupation at City Hall to arrest a protester directly before City Market.


Huber was one of two Rockford police officers who responded to the traffic stop initiated by ISP officers at Tenth Avenue Park. The stop resulted in the death of the driver, Lamar Bell.
