In 2008, Fleming was a passenger in a squad car that was T-boned. Rockford Officer Danielle Huber was driving the squad car, with Johnny Vasquez nearby in a separate squad car.

There were no injuries. However, upon searching the vehicle, pills and other drug paraphernalia were found. At that point, the man claimed to be a Hell's Angel.

The lawyer for the Hells Angels released a statement saying the man has never been affiliated with Hells Angels in any way. They called him a poser.
