Kimberly Friedrich has been a Rockford police officer since 2005. She used to be married to Rockford Police officer Gary Kiely.

After making this directory public, a community member reached out about a neighbor dispute that Friedrich responded to. During the incident, Friedrich took tased a man three times in the chest, once in the thigh, plus a few more times.

Once that man was placed in custody Friedrich shouted at a man that was filming the altercation. Friedrich demanded the man to give his information. When he said he didn’t have to, Friedrich and RPD officer Irvin Benitez grabbed him and took him to the ground.

During the incident, Friedrich can be heard shouting “I can do whatever the fuck I want!”
