Roman was repeatedly assigned to serve occupiers at City Hall bans and other city ordinance violations.

On January 10th, 2020, Roman and Barron arrested a protestor from the Occupation at City hall.

The individual was charged with Felony Resisting, and Disorderly Conduct. Both charges were eventually dropped.
