On September 4th, 2020, Brendan Moore, along with Lathaniel Best Jordan, and Kyle Robertson arrested a protestor during a protest against local police violence near Rockford City Market.


Prior to the arrest, it was alleged two protestors pulled a sign being held by Emily Cahill - a white woman that travels the Midwest area to be a back the blue protestor.
